I have been doing this since 6/30/13 but just found this site. When I began I weighed 184 pounds so far I have lost 6.8 pounds. :)
177.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Welcome! And Good Job over the last week! This is a great site -- you'll meet lots of great people, and the Food Diary has been a great help to me. I was 210 lbs on March 9, and now I'm 165! Don't get stressed if you slip--just pick yourself up and carry on. Don't deprive yourself completely--just take a bite instead of a whole piece. We can do this!!!
