I hope everyone survived the holiday, my husband made great BBQ and I took FULL advantage, didn't go too overboard with the carbs. I'm ready for a great workout this afternoon, I hope to get in a little more than an hour today. As for the challenge I think it's going well, I can't wait to see my week one results!
