I am actually craving healthy foods today! I am having a huge craving for a home cooked meal of beans, rice, and vegetables cooked with healthy oil.
So that's what I'm having for dinner!
I also have some less healthy food planned for later in the day: 4 double stuff oreos! I will eat these with 2 cups of soy milk, so really they will be "helping" me to get in my dairy GHG. ;-)
I also decided to track my food on here for the first time in a while, just to see how many calories/fat/protein/carbs I eat regularly on Weight Watchers. Looks like a little more than 1500 calories make up my 24 daily points, so that's good to know. I'm definately not starving or overeating on WW!

The beans, rice, and vegetables sounds like a truly hearty and healthy meal. I think I need a similar one. It's great to be able to just follow your heart and eat what you know your body really needs.

I love that feeling of eating something healthy when it is JUST what you are craving. Makes me feel like things are clicking and I'm in the right mindset. So good for you. I am envious that you can eat 4 oreos. Once I start I can't stop. Or I'll be craving sugar for days. I think those beans will help you feel sated, though. Enjoy!
