not losing weight. been on phase one for 3 days. those handfuls of peanuts and chocolate pomegranite are too much. eliptical last night for 25 minutes, situps and pushups.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 September 2010:
1245 kcal Fat: 47.84g | Prot: 124.93g | Carb: 75.36g.   Breakfast: turkey bacon, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Vegetable Juice Cocktail (Canned). Lunch: Green String Beans, Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: kidney beans, Beef Ribs (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade). Snacks/Other: tea, peanuts, Honey. more...

I love to snack on nuts. For phase 1 they say the serving size per day should be about 20 peanuts, 15 almonds, OR 15 walnuts, etc. Try to stick to that serving (Double check on the peanuts, I am not sure, I usually do dry roasted almonds). Also, don't eat chocolate pomegranite...they can't be good for phase 1! haha Just stick to the diet guidelines and you WILL LOSER WEIGHT!!! I went from 187 to 170 on South Beach last year. You will feel amazing inside and out. It is only 2 weeks this strict. Just stick it out and do it. Also, plan all of your meals the night before and only allow yourself to eay what you have prepared...don't get off track! It is all worth it.
