1858 kcal Fat: 65.14g | Prot: 78.05g | Carb: 240.74g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp). Lunch: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Oroweat Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Strawberries, Yellow Mustard , Kraft Singles Thin Slices. Dinner: Ken's Steak House Lite Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Kraft Easy Mac Cups - Triple Cheese, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls , Boca Meatless Chik'n Patties. Snacks/Other: Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original, Hormel Premium Pepperoni, Miller Brewing Company Lite Beer (Bottle), Kraft Jalapeno String Cheese, Skinny Cow Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters, Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%, Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate, Bananas . more...
