I started a new diet today, and I was doing really good all day, until after dinner. I started to snack, thinking it was okay to have one thing. Well by the time I got in bed, I had eaten way over the allotment I was supposed to have. So I got on Pinterest to see if I could find some motivation to hold myself accountable! I found a girls blog about how she switched to non-processed foods at the beginning of the year and one way she found motivation was through this website! So, I researched it and decided this is something I want to do!
I'm from Alabama, but currently I'm living in Germany working as an Au-Pair! I take care of 2 boys, well actually, I'm basically their mother, because she is never around. So not only do I want to lose major weight, but I want to be a role model to these young boys! It's time I change my life. Not just a quick fix, but an actual change in the way I'm living!
So here is to my "First" day on the diet with a blog! Can't wait to give and receive encouragement to one another!
