So I experimented yesterday with my diet pill! For the past week I have been taking 2 pills a day, but yesterday I only took one. Well, this really messed up my day! By 4pm I was angrily hungry! I wound up eating too much and was very unhappy with myself! So today I go back to 2 pills a day! Staying strong and continuing this new life style!
Today, I am going to also eat more frequently, but of course staying in the calorie count! I'm also going to go find some Kale and make some kale chips!!

I've got a question. I'm counting calories, and I found one website that counts the calorie in fruit and vegetables and one website that does not and they all equal out to 0 cal.
So my question is.... I know I have to be aware of the amount I eat of both categories, but should I count their calories or leave them at 0 cal???
Yesterday I used probably 300 or 400 calories on fruits and veggies alone.
Thoughts?

Because I am doing no particular diet, it can be confusing which self diet I should make for myself. I started out this week, with just portion control. Only eating at breakfast, lunch, snack, and then dinner. But I was struggling with this because I felt like I didn't put boundaries on the food I was allowing myself to have!
So after 4 days of that, I have decided to follow the, "Calorie Diet." I've already looked up the laws of the diet, the amount I should have in a day, and the amount I should have at my weight if I would like to lose weight.
This morning I started labeling the foods that I normally eat, while on a diet, with the amount of grams = calorie. This way I can just look at the bag or box and immediately know how much I can have for how many calories!
I've also designated a journal just for logging my calories! Inside this journal is also a list of fruits and vegetables. I chose the ones that I eat all the time and next to them are their calories and the amount I can eat!
So are their anybody else doing this particular diet? Any advice you would give to a beginner?
