Just take it one day at a time, Vicki. That's all any of us can do. I just started three weeks ago, and I have a lot more to lose than you , but I know I can do it. WE can do it. Maybe instead of thinking of the total amount you want to lose, just think about it in increments of ten lbs. I used to be on another weight loss site and I loved one of the saying I saw there: "I can't lose 100 lbs, but I CAN lose 10 lbs 10 times." If I look at the big picture, I'll just get down thinking I can never do it. But if I take it in small steps, I know I can get it. Just keep at it every day and you'll do great! Dee
