By exercise I mean walking. I'm walking up and down hills.I don't know what grade it is but it burns in my upper thighs and I am so tired after each hill. They have gotten easier after I quit smoking cigs. Believe me, they are still a bitch but atleast I make it up without my husband getting the car and then getting me.
Now, about whey shakes? Before or after walks? For a snack?
Can you get FAT from them?

I just got done writing and I find myself doing it all over again.
I don't know what to do. Do I exercise before I've eaten or after. Do I drink a Whey protein shake before or after exercise?
These things keep me up at night.This is Tuesday and Friday night last week I weighed myself and finally broke thru that damn plateau that I have been fighting for a year. My PA told me to relax, she'd just smile. I got so discouraged but I am so glad I agreed to because it works. I am surrounded by hills and it was hell for awhile. I got a dog so that meant I would be walking. It was hard so I had to quit smoking cigs.

I'm not sure what to expect from the pain but I expected to get the? I thought I would be able to move around without so much of the pain.I'm sad that I can't play with my dog more than groom her.I'm so sad about everything from the pain to the tiredness I feel every day for 11yrs. Every time I weigh myself each week I find myself at the same place and the same weight.I don't know what to do getting so sad. Pat says it hasn't been that long ago when I started,I need to talk about the Best possible way to get healthy,strong enough to earn money being sick and tired of being sick. I haven't seen 1 serving size of anything period. Not even when I was drinking Alcohol consumption of 1 drink. That's it. One day at a time. In the last night or two my weight was 204 which means nothing. It's the bread every day before sleep and the handful of nuts twice a day before Blasting
@ Noon and on the salad @ dinner and when I open the Refrigerator to get a handful of Red Grapes. I always feel hungry and the kitchen is about 10feet
away and the lights are always on. Even @ 9 pm I am so excited about the end of all the eating. I eat Organic food from 12 noon to 9 pm but I cheat!

I find this so upsetting.I am shy so I'll be starting slow.I don't know if II'm scared. I don't know what the calories are for all the berries. I will give it a try. Besides, I went to all that trouble to start the Fat Loss Factor 2wks.ago and I ordered the Nutri Bullet to go with the Factor so I am trying it.
