I was going to start Insanity this week because I was looking for a morning workout that was already a routine I don't have to think about at 5:30, lol, however, I have it on a burned DVD and don't think it will play on my PS3 (usually do it in the garage, but that's not an option in the am). So . . .kids were going through Wii games this weekend and found The Biggest Loser, totally forgot I had this! Got it and my balance board out this am, but it took so long to set everything up I didn't have time to do the workout! I'll start the workout tomorrow morning. I set it up for a 4 week routine to lose 5 lbs. We'll see how this goes!! Kind of excited to do something totally different for awhile.

Sounds like fun!! At least now it's set up and ready for you for tomorrow morning. Honestly, I enjoy Insanity, but that Biggest Loser on Wii sounds fun!

Yep that's what I was thinking. Monday is usually my rest day anyway, so it wasn't too big a deal to not do much this morning. I liked Insanity too, but wonder if I have the energy in the morning to do it, lol. Snap, one thing at a time is a great way to start!
