Did Biggest Loser workout on the Wii this morning. It calculated I burned 53 calories. That's it? Felt like more, lol. Especially during tricep dips, I thought my arms were going to fall off. I can really tell I've slacked on my strenghth training! The workout was 30 minutes, but I skipped the warm up and cool down, not sure how long those were, but I was crunched for time this morning so I stuck with the workout. On day 9 of squat challenge, so I'll throw 100 squats in sometime today too!

A lot of people must have today off as there was no traffic on the way to work this morning. So glad to have tomorrow off!

Congrats! I wish I had a Wii to do those workouts!

Unless your wearing a heart monitor, I wouldn't put too much trust in the accuracy of the workout calculator. People can burn 50-100 calories just sitting for 30 minutes, so that number doesn't sound accurate. But no matter, you worked out, so that is great.

That's kind of what I was thinking Suzi, I got in a workout, I sweat, I felt my muscles working, so I'll focus on that rather than what it calculated my calories burned to be.

Yesterday I did 20 minutes (short version) of the Wii Zumba II (my first try on Wii - I normally go to a real 1 Hr. Zumba class 3X a week) and it calculated net 150 loss. It is high energy, and you really sweat! I liked it a lot.
