At the six month mark and same as before no progress. I am now going to stop dieting and just exercise and eat for health and not my weight/size. It is to much for me mentally and is not worth the unhappiness in my life. I have to much other things to be happy with and it is just dragging it all down with it. So, now the problem is getting my mind out of the mindset of dieting. Not that I plan on going crazy and eating whatever but getting over the oh, not that or what are you thinking and beating myself up over everything. Also, I need to get back to working out. It is hard to get up early and do it. Even tho I did it for months while the baby was still getting up in the night. Now he is sleeping through and I get plenty of sleep but can't seem to get my lazy butt up. I will keep trying, lol. Hope everyone is doing good and sorry I have not been on as much but I am going keep on the site because I have found some really good friends and they will also keep me motivated to stay in a healthy lifestyle. Plus I think I will keep doing challanges to keep up my workouts.

I know your weight is an issue for you, but if I ever make it to your size, I will be ecstatic. I haven't been that size since I was 28. I don't even know if it's possible for me at this age. Eating to be healthy and exercise will keep you from ever having to deal with what I'm dealing with. It sounds like a perfect plan to me. Hugs.

Sounds like a good plan. Listen to your body. Stressing over losing weight can keep you from losing weight. You're on the right track - eating healthy and regular exercise. I'm proud of you!

Ya know, your last weigh in was a loss and you have to remember that you are exercising great, you are probably gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. Keep up with what your doing and I think you will find in time you really are losing, you will feel it in your clothes. :)
