The Biggest Loser has started! I hope this gives me the push to get back to working out on a regular basis. I have been so busy and can't seen to get up early to workout and that means it probably won't get done. My husband and I want to start jogging around the block together so I think that will help and it will get me motivated to get going on my other workouts.

working out with a buddy is a good way to help you stick with it. i don't watch the BL it seems like too much drama but my wife loves it.

i have been watching on and off again, it being two hours is pretty tuff sometimes to catch up on even when i record it! hows things going with you?
