Down another lb. I am weighing myself every morning and it seems I am loosing at a rate of 1 lb a day. Am thinking I may do some light weight lifting today.

Dont really want any eggs for breakfast as they kind of make me feel pretty yucky in the am but If I cut it down to one egg and add more veggies and some bacon it may be more tolerable.

I am just so glad to be in the 140s, albeit barely. I have only hit this number twice in the last year. Stoked. Still losing and it feels great.
