Down .6 of a pound. I think at least its not a gain but at the same time I am definitely at least one inch thinner around my waist, im almost at 35 inches around the fat part of my stomach. I was 37 inches at the start of the week.
Maybe I am jumping the gun or just less bloated. Either way I will just stick to Atkins induction and keep losing.
My legs are cramping up a little bit so I will get some magnesium suppliments and possibly some potassium suppliments as well to see if that doesnt help.
