Yesterday exercized for an hour and walked for about two hours and so I hope that helps speed up the process. I was about 40% weaker when at the gym so I think its only logical to think that low carb dieting is not a good way to build power for the gym.

Headaches are gone but I am taking fiber suppliments. I havent had a bm for a few days and I hope that isnt going to cause me major problems.

I will probably be into the 140s tomorrow or the day after and that is awesome! I will stop induction when I hit 135lbs so I still have 15 lbs to lose.

I am not hungry at all, eating exactly like I should and actually feel alright. My heart rate is a little bit higher then usual but not overly so.
