Today was a bit of a struggle to be focussed. Maybe I will change my routine, instead of jumping out of bed, getting weighed, having a coffee, reading emails, catching up on news, having another coffee... tomorrow I will jump out of bed, get weighed and take a quick shower to wake my body up.

To change things up isn't a bad idea. Sometimes we have to pull out of the same ol' routine to confuse the body into doing things a bit different. LOL You have a wonderful day.:):)
