Today is a hot one here in the mid-west. Not been out side much other than to run to the store to pick up things I forgot yesterday, when I was out. I got my morning arm weight and squat work out in. Hubs called a little while ago, we are to meet another couple for dinner later. As of yet, do not know where, so I can not look up the restaurant to know what I am going to have. Living on the edge, I suppose. :) Yesterday I felt so hungry. Today I have tried to get some protein in early, that has seemed to help me. I am still up a pound.:/ I would like to get a new "jump start" to reach my birthday goal of 150.----6 pounds. I know it will happen. This is such a slow process and something I have to work on every day.
