I didnt want to weigh in last week as i wasnt following any healthy eating plans what so ever and wasnt going to record my weight, but that is not what i want to do , i need to be accountable for my weight and show you all that i have the determination to do it, so i just posted my weight and am higher then what i was when i started WTF.
