So I went to my parent's house for my father's birthday, had a big dinner and desserts but stayed within my calorie budget (1900) plus lots of activity during that day. Yesterday I went to outback steakhouse, again stayed within my calorie budget even though it was a big meal.

Today, check my scale, still lost another 1 lbs. Yea!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
