OK I only lost 1lb this week and it was hard and not enough results really,maybe I am just impatient.
Atkins or a Low Carb diet I think has a lot quicker results so I will try to do this although I am not experienced at cooking low carbs but I am hoping to find some receipes on the line.
I need to keep motivated and I think if I can loose maybe 2to 4 lb this will give me the motivation to carry on.
So here's to another week
