Well, here I am back again. All the weight that I had lost last year, I unfortunately ate back on with the exception of 20lbs. I entered a weight-loss contest at the end of April with a cash prize and I have not done anything to win. I woke up this morning, realized I still had 8 weeks and that the money sure could come in handy. I'm also going to NY to visit friends and family and would love to rock a bikini. Here's my chance. I know I can do it.

A contest should be a great motivation! Plus maybe you could print out some photos of NY and cute outfits/bikinis you want to wear in NY to inspire you and tape them onto your fridge to remind you of why you are being strong and what you are working towards.
