I feel defeated. I have been 10lbs away from my goal weight twice in the last 3 years. I have gained back all the weight that I had lost. I have such a hard time not binging. My boyfriend has suggested that he may begin saving for a ring and I don't want to be a fat bride. I told him I wouldnt say yes until I got down to my goal weight and maintained it for 6 months. I am so frustrated. I need to make lifestyle changes that I can stay consistent with. My weight is my biggest battle in life and I want to have it under control so that I can be a better partner. I feel like my focus is on my insecurities instead of on my successes and being a strong, encouraging and supporting girlfriend. I'm going to the gym after I get some homework done. Hopefully this post is the beginning of my last weight loss journey.
