More family inquiring about our adoption status. They can't understand why it's taking so long. Keep telling them I had a dream about it, so it must be true, right?

The adoption process can be long and then when you least expect it you may have news and your life is changed. I've known people who've gone through this and for some it took forever and for others it seemed quick. Don't let the family get you down, just keep thinking positive. Good luck!!

Thanks! I emailed our case worker: Most recent DSS status: Nothing right now. Hopefully, you will get selected for a child. Your annual update is due in December. I will make a home visit then to update your study.
Thrilling moment by thrilling moment. Remember I had a dream that it would be December, so that kind of freaked me out a tad. With DSS that could mean anything...or it could mean nothing.
