no breakfast or lunch yesterday. a few nibbles once the garden tour started and one glas wine in the evening. I feel much better about this now. maybe ten # tomorrow.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
