I'll update my diet calendar tomorrow. I choose to shut off my computer the rest of the evening after this post as it's raining heavily here in western Massachusetts due to the remnants of hurricane Hanna heading up the Eastern seabord. (There might be lightning and I don't know when it'll happen so I'll just shut the computer off for the night - hopefully tomorow I can turn it on). The vanilla and strawberry Atkins shakes in the tiny little carboard-like cartons have only 2 carbs - they're OK tasting, nothing great the chocolate has four carbs but the vanilla and strawberry taste better. The low carb Slim Fasts were sold out at the store I went to -- do they taste better perhaps? I haven't tried them yet... the diet is going very well, I'm so glad I'm on this challenge. The headache of the past couple of days is gone. It could've been allergy-related. Rain gets the allergy stuff out of the air -- signing off for now so no lightning hits anything despite the fact I have a surge protector... :)

The EAS low-carb shakes are very good. I think they only have 2 nc. I can't drink them but I've tried them before. My husband gets them all the time.
