It's going to be a busy day today, I'm filling in for someone at work, so I'm doing double duty today. That's good though it will keep me busy and I'll be on my feet more.

No workout this morning, I was so sleepy and my foot was hurting last night, so I thought I'd do a day of rest. Ever since I rolled my ankle, my darn foot hurts. I'm sure it will just take some time to heal. Being on my feet today might test it though.

I stayed under what I wanted for calories yesterday which is good, but I also ate a lot of snack foods last night because I was hungry. Quick dinner, then out the door for softball = eat lots of snacks when I get home. At least tonight we'll have more time to get dinner ready and eat, so I shouldn't want to eat when we get home. I've been drinking more water lately too, probably because it's been warmer, and that seems to help.

Hopefully, I can keep myself on track this weekend. I have stuff for lunch for the weekend, but breakfast and dinner will be the hard ones. We are having dinner at my Mom's on Saturday to celebrate Father's day with my Dad, brother, and hubby, and I don't know what we're having yet. Luckily, my Mom is on WW so it probably won't be anything too bad. I have to figure out how to eat on the weekends.

Weekends are hard as they usually don't have a set schedule. All you can do is plan as much as you can and then make good choices. If you want to snack drink 16 ounces of water and then if you still want if you don't then save it for later. As Barb says "water, water, water."
