I've decided that I am back to phase 1 and I will NOT cheat until Thanksgiving. Gosh...even the little cheating is getting me in trouble! My husband says I'm obsessed...which I may be, but you can't beat the results. I'd rather be obsessed then fat. LOL. I guess what ever works, So for me...high protein, tons of cardio, and NO cheating. Hope you all have a great day.
