While the weight loss has slowed to nothing lately, Think I have to cut the cereal back out. I do have to say that since starting the diet I have had little to no stomach pain. I use to get unbelieve cramps and pain in my stomach I always felt ill. But since the first of the year the only time I feel ill is when I don't eat alittle something.
Not going to weigh in this week,(time of month) but heres hoping at the end of the week that little blue dot goes down, Iam still working towards my cruise in April and still want another 14 lbs at least off, and now my much skinner friend is going with me and my family and I want to look great.(for bathing suit sacks!)

I find that my stomach is feeling better as well. Another thing that I am finding is that after many years, I am sleeping through the nite. Except of course to get up and get rid of the 88 oz. of water I drink every day. But I fall right back to sleep. Feeling way more rested!

Try and not to place too much pressure on yourself, I'm sure like me you took a fair bit of time to put the weight on so we can't expect it just to melt off much faster it's a real journey that takes time and you're certainly on the right path. By April you will be even further. Great stuff!

Well, you have 2 months, 14 lbs isn't an unreasonable goal. Keep up the good work. I have really good results if I eat half a grapefruit in the morning

Don't get discouraged! Often I plateau the week before TTOM but if I keep at it, there's often a large weight loss the week after. And think, you're already a third of the way to your April goal!
