I love that I am down another 1.2 pounds. Now I'm only 1.5 away from making my birthday (October 7th) goal of 169.9!!! I can do this.
The only thing that can stop me from making this goal is me.
I definately let my PMS cravings take over this weekend. I didn't even track yesterday. :-(
Fortunately, I stuck to my exercise plans and also have bought a lot of healthy ingredients to cook with for the week. So if I stick to my plan for the week, I can undo at least a little of my weekend badness.
I'm not worried! :-) I'm ready for a fresh start today. 160's, here I come!!
