-having trouble getting the right fat-pro-netCarbs percentage spreads at 60-30-10. Also, my RDI is 2000 which is a LOT of food. Have been hitting ~1600 o.k. but to get to 2000 I've got to eat nearly all day. (Yikes! Do I hear myself actually complaining about this?)
-appreciate getting whatever pointers y'all can give.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
