I am still eating too many calories, over 2100. I barely ate anything that filled me up either. I think I will try to get the noodles and pasta things out of my place in the coming weeks. Salad dressing is a big calorie additive too. Milk can be a problem, unless it is zero per cent. I feel I am losing, I have a feeling I was eating well over 3000 calories a day for some time, and that is the reason I was gaining ever so slowly but surely about two pounds a month the past few years. Now it is trying to get down to 210 by the end of the year. My weight scale works, the only thing is it doesn't shut off so it kills the batteries for some odd reason. And so I have to get some new batteries for it and then take them out after every weigh-in. Today I was just tired - it is rainy out again. I get my energy to write my books in the evening and at night. Last night I was up many hours. I have to get up tomorrow morning as maintenance is putting in a new dishwasher. More rain tomorrow. The reservoirs should be brim-filled after the past few weeks, so they can't claim some water shortage anytime soon.
