So I'm off the whole slim fast diet. I tried for a week, but I just do not like the texture I guess of the shakes. And if I don't like something I have a really hard time forcing myself to eat or drink it. I do like the snack bars ,so I'll probably stick with those if I need a chocolate fix.

You gave it a shot, and that's better than not trying at all. You'll find your groove, and it will be something that isn't temporary, but a life change for the better. You need real food! We all do! How about trying out a few new recipes, too! We can do this!

try eating right by reducing your fat content and increasing your protein. It is hard to find the right combo...but when you do it is wonderful. You will do fine...

Maybe you could try making your own shakes? With almond milk, protein powder, and some fruits. I'm sure it would be tastier than anything in a can.
