I cheated and ate ice cream the last two days. Slapped myself for it, but man-up and move on. "Diet" is back in swing. Ate all my good carbs in the morning, aiming for under 100 today cuz i'll be hitting the gym for an hour or two tonight. See how I go. Try and push myself on the free-weight lifts and rowing. Get some more muscles moving.
Will keep the carbs low tomorrow and saturday. Possible gym visit again sunday, so will ramp them up then too.
Squash with a mate tomorrow, and joggin/walking 20kays with him again on saturday morning.
Heading into town to check out a cycle shop and hopefully get a bike soon and get riding to work - ~2500cals of work each day. That'll really kick my metabolism into overdrive. Bring it on!
