on to my next goal. Trying to avoid a plateau. Changing up exercises. Trying to figure out how to reduce bad fat,increase good fat, without blowing 200 calories on a small serving of almonds, cashews, pistachios or avocados. I don't like fish... I keep trying it, but I'd just as soon not eat.

I do miss french fries.. :(
297.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
