I took a moment to glance back at my journals over the years, and it has most definitely encouraged me. I don't want to weigh 210 pounds ever again! I am so thankful for this site!

Thanks! As you can see though I didn't get very far that day lol. Like I said it's a slow go. I just didn't have time to put my supper in that night. I also take breaks on weekends with my logging. I pick one cheat day a week, usually one over the weekend where I eat whatever while watching portions. Today is Monday though!! :)
