I just realized that, even though I'm SOOO full right now, my calorie intake for the day is a little over 900 calories. That's just amazing to me considering I've been full all day.

Can I say that I love mock mashed potatoes? I gave some to Owen for part of his dinner... he had a couple of bites, but not a complete win-over yet. We're working on it though.

Your food choices look awesome! It's amazing how full you can feel with the diet approved foods. I'm glad that you're trying Owen on the foods you eat--I'm sure it's hard to watch him be less than thrilled about stuff, but you are setting a great example. I can't wait to see your loss this week!
