I have had enough of the Fat fast. Two days of it taught me that Fat is very important when it comes to not feeling hungry. I did not feel hungry. However I really could not work out today so I am adding vpx zero carb eas drink to my day. I am still going to take some cream to keep hunger away. Also the Fat does do something to burn Fat. Ironic.

Ya, It's pretty amazing. I think I may have felt better if I had had all 1000 calories like I was supposed to. But I Kept forgetting to eat since I was not hungry.
