I am back after along stint away. Maintained my weight for a few weeks but packed on the extra pounds in the last two weeks.
Either way I am somewhat back on track. I have been working out a fair bit at least. I just have been eating a lot of potato chips.
I guess all the emotional eating has to be dealt with.
