Well must say that the mirrors in Target are not even close to forgiving. Walking/running today as well as I did yesterday. I cannot believe how unattractive my backside is...god, its like blubber bulging out everywhere...I really didnt think it was all that bad but I was seriously mistaken.

Oh well back to it..

It's the unforgiving overhead lights that accentuate every shadow. They turn meer dimples into crevaces. Keep at your regimine though. Its always nice to see the progress next time you try clothes on at Target.
