I'm perplexed.
I recorded 10500cal over last week. I know I had 1 Chinese meal I didn't record and some sweets yesterday (mostly licorice and at most 400g so maybe another 1200-1500cal)... which doesn't explain a 3 and a half lb gain? according to that even if I ate 5000cal at the Chinese (Which is a MASSIVE overestimation) that would still require my BMR to be about 600cal a day... And well... That just ain't possible.
So all in all... Not happy, but I know it can't be real. So I'm ignoring it and carrying on as usual. :)
