This is day 5 of my South Beach adventure (started last Saturday and finally figured out how to "back-date" some stuff - except I don't remember everything I ate. I'm still not hungry. This morning I tried the new expensive protein powder (with no carbs) that my husband bought. It tasted awesome (like graham crackers) and it kept me full for quite a while. I also had celery with cheese and a little bit of peanut butter since I sort of felt like crap this morning. Too little food yesterday is my guess. The crisis today was that my coworker brought treats and I didn't want to be impolite - argh. They were reese's pieces type bars - and made my carb count spike. So I was careful to not have any carbs the rest of the day. Hopefully it won't slow me down!
