I think that is normal in the beginning of a new eating plan. We think about food alot more. Maybe adding more food with less calories so that you can eat more in the beginning will be helpful. Of course drinking more water helps but you probably already knew that.

Protein and high fiber fill you up. You don't look like you had any protein at lunch. Start your day with eggs and fruit or a yogurt parfait (yogurt, fruit, high protein/high fiber ceareal like kashi). Its so good and so filling. Plan a snack of cheese stick and piece of fruit. Maybe eating smaller meals throughout the day with some protein at each meal would keep you fuller. Good luck!

I agree with the protein. I make my husband a fruit smoothie every morning, I had 2 scoops of protein powder to it and then split the shake up between me and him. I drink this around 730 in the morning and I'm good until around 10. I also make myself a regular protein shake every morning and stick it in the fridge. If i feel i'm getting munchie I'll drink some of the shake. Some days I end up drinking the entire thing, other days like yesterday I only drank 3/4 of it. I had a friend that when she would get munchie she should brush her teeth and then use mouthwash. she said it would get rid of her craving of food, and if she did eat it would taste gross. i haven't tried this approach yet.

At times, i do eat a lot of protein, but i was never good with actually trying to figure out how to spread my meals out :( yesterday i ate 4 separate times, so that's better, and i did a load of exercise which paid off somewhat, i hope i keeep losing; any other advice?
