Mammogram and Bone Density test today. Food scale came in yesterday...going to be a learning curve to use it. Is it just me or does everything seem to be getting smaller?

Haha. I love my food scale and having used it for a decade or so have a good idea of weights of my normal food by sight. But I know what you mean nonetheless by things getting smaller.
