Very happy to see the scale moving downward again. Need to get back into the real exercise routine I had been doing. Got a little sidetracked with a severe migraine and then mini-vacation. But was able to manage my food and still lose weight, so that's a HUGE accomplishment. YEAH!

The best feeling is having people notice the progress. It really helps sustain me and keep me moving in the right direction.
280.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
