So I just finished my 3rd three week program of 21 day fix/fix extreme, by Beachbody. In this third round I only lost 1.6 pounds and 2-1/2". That didn't make me totally happy, until I totaled up these past 9 weeks. In 9 weeks I've lost 10" and 8.8 pounds. I actually compared that to last years program( I did the same program last year from January to June), and in those same 9 weeks I am at the almost exact same numbers. This means I'm not doing better, but I'm also not getting any worse at it. With that, I shrug my shoulders and say, "well, I guess I'm doing ok". I have three and a half more weeks before I go to a wedding in Florida and I would really like to get out of the 140's by then, but I know based on past experience that probably won't happen. But I do know I will make it, eventually by summer, and will enjoy summer and enjoy some time away at whatever weight I wind up at. Have a great week everyone!!!!!!
