Down about 8-1/2 pounds in 7 weeks and about 7-1/2". I have about 5-1/2 weeks til we go to a wedding and would like to be down another 5 pounds at least. Onward!!!!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
