Still on track, just not recording. Don't see why I should stress myself when nothing happens anyway. Very frustrating. Try to find other things to occupied my mind. Maybe that helps.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated. I ran today for the first time in a week after being sick. I did it! I'm holding steady as far as weight goes, but I'm happy at feeling more fit. I can walk up hills w/o geting out of breath like I used to and recover faster from exercise. Know that even though you might not see great results right now, you're doing yourself a huge favor by eating well. Have you taken measurements? Can you do any walking to get exercise? Any moving will really help. I'm here! Keep going!
