Mmmm I ate waaaaay to much at the BBQ last night... So worth it. :P

Sorry I have missed out on FS lately. So busy with summer. Glad to hear your public speaking experience went better than expected. Hope you are getting to enjoy the beautiful weather more too. How is everything else going for you in life?

No worries, summer is a busy time for everyone. :) I am enjoying the weather! Although I got a bit too much sun at the BBQ, my shoulders, ears, and the back of my neck are a tad bit crispy. Life is good, I'm waiting on a call from the Realtor, because I'm ready to put a bid in for a house! AHHH!!! So scary! How have things with you been, besides super busy? :D

Lots of walking and eating.... Walking good, eating bad. Did you know you can eat too many healthy foods? Weight went up a little soooo time to watch what I am eating again. Why can't I just develop an overactive thyroid so I can eat all the time? Going to weigh in in a week so I can discern what is fat and what is sodium. I am a little scared. Keep your fingers crossed for me ;) Also great news on the house bid. Hope it works out for you. How far would you have to move?

I would loooove an overactive thyroid! Ice cream would have nowhere to hide! I'm sure your weigh in will be fine, nothing to worry about. :D The commute to work would not change, but from the current house to the new house would be a 50 minute trip... And there is an "earnest money deposit" that has to go along with the bid?!?!? Wish I had known about that earlier! Checks don't come in until the end of the month, so I might be waiting to place that bid... lol ah life, you are so scary and unpredictable sometimes.

Never deny or punish self over food did not go to any bbq's because it would have been just me and ice cream I don't care about anything else. Possibly a chip and that means the whole bag so at this point till something under the number better steer clear. I know two people with thyroid conditions they can eat pizza all day and not problems.Good luck with the bidding process and keep looking at houses in area, I am sure they will take the offer! The process of buying something and locking to an area scares me too. May have to relocate so we can get the family business on track I can afford to buy a summer home and keep renting here but it still scares me making a huge commitment.

well my results from my physical last week came in. With my lack of periods they did some blood work too. My thyroid is perfectly fine darn it. But everything thing else came back good too so I can't complain. Just going to pout a little about still not having my dreams come true of endless food without gaining weight. On the brighter side my math skills are improving with all this counting calories. lol!
