Doc said I have to pick up my calories. I'm getting too skinny she says. The thing is I still see myself as big, but I know I'm not. Especially since my fat mass is an astonishing 11%!!! So I scrapped my original plans of driving my weight down to 200 and keep it at my original goal of 210 which I am well past. I struggle to eat 1400-1600 calories a day but she wants me to go 2000-2500 especially on my heavy workout days. I dont have the build to be someone under 200, I blame that on my Celt-Iberian and Norseman genetics. Now I must focus more on building muscle mass.

congratulations on your success. enjoy it to the fullest, because you deserve it. it is hard work to lose that much weight and harder still to keep it off.
