Doc said I have to pick up my calories. I'm getting too skinny she says. The thing is I still see myself as big, but I know I'm not. Especially since my fat mass is an astonishing 11%!!! So I scrapped my original plans of driving my weight down to 200 and keep it at my original goal of 210 which I am well past. I struggle to eat 1400-1600 calories a day but she wants me to go 2000-2500 especially on my heavy workout days. I dont have the build to be someone under 200, I blame that on my Celt-Iberian and Norseman genetics. Now I must focus more on building muscle mass.
